Amazon prime Video released its first local true- crime- docu- series Dancing on the Grave and now Swami Shraddhanand demands ban on the series.
The series Dancing on the Grave is written and directed by Patrick Graham, Kanishka Singh Deo has also co-written the Docuseries. The latest crime Docuseries is produced by India Today Originals. The series is streaming from 21 April and four episodes has been released.

Dancing on the Grave series is based on the murder case of Shakereh Khaleeli who belonged to an illustrious family in Bangalore as she was the granddaughter of the Diwan of Mysore. The series shows the sudden missing of Shakereh and her murder by her own husband Swami Shraddhanand who was her second husband. The case of Shakereh’s was solved in 2005. Swami Shraddhanand is currently serving jail sentence in her wife murder case.
The series of Amazon prime is becoming controversial. As now Swami Shraddhanand seeks a stay on Docuseries, sent a legal notice to India Today and Prime Video. Murali Manohar Mishra aka Swami Shraddhanand has said that Docuseries adversely affects his legal rights. He was sentenced to life imprisonment for murder and is currently at Central Jail in Sagar, Madhya Pradesh.
