On 8th February 2023, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi delivered a powerful speech during the Motion of Thanks on President’s Address in the Lok Sabha. The address comes day after the heated debate in the parliament because of Adani-Hindenburg issue. PM Modi destroyed the opposition in his speech.
In his speech, Rahul Gandhi had attacked PM Modi over Adani row. PM Modi, while replying to the motion of thanks on President’s address, Jibed Rahul. PM Modi said the “Ecosystem” and supporters were jubilant after a member’s speech yesterday.
“Yesterday, I watched. Following a few speakers’ comments, a few people were gleefully exclaiming, “Ye hua na baat.” Perhaps they slept comfortably and were unable to wake up. The phrase “Ye Keh Keh ke hum dil ko behla rahe hai, Wo ab chal chuke hain, Wo ab aa rahe hain” have been used for them, according to PM Modi.
“Some people avoided the President’s address when it was taking place. Even the president was insulted by a tall leader. They showed hostility towards ST. The sense of hatred that was hidden inside surfaced when such things were stated on television. After drafting a letter later, an effort was made to save oneself”, the PM said.

PM Modi then launched an attack on opposition by saying “2004-2014 was the decade of scams and violence, those same 10 years, those 10 years of UPA, from Kashmir to Kanyakumari, at each and every corner of India the cases of terrorist attacks continued.”
“Earlier India was dependent on others to solve its problem, however, today that same India is solving the problems of other countries.” said PM Modi by lauding the foreign policies of India.
Later PM Modi lauded the economic policies of India by saying ” Without any challenges, there is no life. Challenges keep on coming. However, the will of 140 crores Indians is bigger than any challenges, the will of 140 crore Indians is unbreakable. Even during the time of inflation and wars, while the world is divided, India managed to become 5th largest economy of the world.”

“Honorable President has increased the pride of tribal community. Today after the many years of independence, the sense of pride and self-confidence is increasing among the tribal communities. This nation and house are grateful to her for this.” said Prime Minister Modi by thanking the president.
