Finally putting an end to all the buzz, rumours, expectation and speculations actors Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani have officially tied the knot on 7th February, 2023. The newly weds had an intimate wedding ceremony in the presence of their Family and close friends in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan.
Taking to their social media handles they shared a series of their very first pictures as a couple on the same day and captioned the post,” Ab humari permanent booking hogayi hai… we seek blessing and love on our journey ahead”. Actors Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan, Anil Kapoor, Bhumi Pednekar, Athiya Shetty, Preity Zinta, among others were seen extending their blessing under the post.
This dreamy wedding had a strict ‘No phone policy’ and because of this the fans had to wait for official wedding photos from the couple and the newly weds did not disappoint their fans. Sidharth and Kiara reportedly had a big fat punjabi wedding in Rajasthan.
Kiara was seen all dolled up in a pastel-baby pink lehenga and green kundan jewellary following the soft colour trend of Bollywood. She kept her makeup very minimal and natural.She looked really gorgeous and nothing less than a princess taking our breadth away.
On the other hand, Sidharth was seen wearing an off white sherwaani with golden detailing along with a golden neck piece. He looked absolutely charming. The couple together looks perfect and so in love that the fans can’t get enough of the pictures.
Sid-Kiara’s big fat punjabi wedding took place at the posh Suryagarh Hotel which was attended by their respective families and close friends including Karan Johar, Manish Malhotra, Rohit Shetty among others.
If the reports are to be believed, Shahid Kapoor and Karan Johar hit the dance floor in full swing on Sid’s popular music track ‘Kala Chasma’ at the wedding. Kiara’s brother Misaal performed a special performance for the couple.
This big wedding was divided into a 3 day celebration with Haldi, Mehandi and Sangeet on the 5th and 6th of February leading the wedding to take place on the 7th of February, 2023.
The couple was last seen on screen together in their superhit movie ‘Sheershah’ where they were loved by the audience very much. The couples loyal fans have waited so much for this moment while this feels like a beautiful dream to many as the power couple finally ties the knot.
Reportedly the couple first met during the wrap up party of Kiara’s ‘Lust Stories’ in 2018.
On the work front, Kiara will next be seen along side actor Ram Charan while Sidharth will be seen in Rohit Shetty’s Action-Thriller web series ‘ Indian Police Force’
The couple did manage to keep their relationship private for quite a long time. This series of pictures have sparked the excitement amongst the fans more as they cannot wait to see more pictures from the wedding which are expected to be out soon.
