Amit Shah will inaugurate various development works of Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation and Ahmedabad Urban Development Authority on Friday morning.
It appears that Amit Shah, who is a Lok Sabha member from Gujarat’s Gandhinagar constituency, is dedicating development works of Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation and Ahmedabad Urban Development Authority to the city of Ahmedabad.
These works are estimated to be worth more than Rs 150 crore, which is a significant investment in the city’s development.
The AMC and AUDA projects to be dedicated by the Home Minister to Ahmedabad are New smart schools, a new overbridge, pedestal subway, senior citizens cum recreation park, drainage pumping station, and five Anganwadis.
The development works being dedicated by Amit Shah in Ahmedabad include the construction of a new overbridge at Sanathal junction near Sardar Patel ring road, as well as a pedestal subway near GST crossing.
Other projects that are being inaugurated include a senior citizen cum recreation park in Nava Vadaj ward, new smart schools at Chandkheda, Sabarmati, Shela, Thaltej and Sarkhej, a drainage pumping station in Shela, and the network and five Anganwadis among other initiatives.
The development works may include infrastructure projects, housing schemes, and other initiatives aimed at improving the quality of life for residents of Ahmedabad. As a Union Home and Cooperation Minister, Amit Shah’s involvement in promoting development and growth in different parts of the country is an important part of his official duties.
