S.S. Rajamouli’s Telugu megahit RRR turned out to be a worldwide sensation and is winning awards at a whiplashing speed. After winning the Golden Globe for Best Original Song “Naatu Naatu” and receiving two major awards at the Critics Choice Awards, the film has recently won another prestigious trophy at the Hollywood Critics Association Awards (HCA) 2023 held at Beverly Wilshire in Los Angeles.
It’s a big win for India as the movie won Best International Film and not only one but the spectacular has won 3 more awards at the recently held ceremony. Along with Best International Film, it won Best Stunts, Best Action Film and Best Original Song for the Oscar-nominated Naatu Naatu. Truly a proud moment for the country.

The official Twitter account of RRR Movie uploaded the acceptance speech of S.S. Rajamouli and Ram Charan on winning the Best International Film Award. Ram Charan expressed how he was extremely gratified by the love and response from the audience and promised to bring better films to entertain them.
S.S. Rajamouli took the spotlight after winning the Best Stunts. In his acceptance speech he said, “A big thank you to all the members of the Hollywood Critics Association (HCA) who thought RRR had the best stunts. Thanks a lot. I must first thank my choreographer, who has put in lots of effort to execute all the stunts.”
“Juji helped them with some of the climax action sequences. And, to all the other choreographers who worked really hard and came to India and understood our vision. They changed their working style to suit our working style and delivered what we had today.” the director added.
He even thanked his entire team for working hard and completing the film in 320 days. “It is the combined effort of the whole team. I thank my whole team for this. We have put in 320 days of hard work to make this film, most of which were taken by the stunts,” SS Rajamouli said. He ended the speech by saying “Mera Bharat Mahaan. Jai Hind”

RRR is a pre-Independence fiction story revolving around two freedom fighters, Komaram Bheem and Alluri Sitarama Raju, role-played by Jr. NTR and Ram Charan respectively. The film is winning the hearts of people and is set on an unstoppable journey.
