K-pop star Jackson Wang has finally completed his dream to visit India. He arrived on Saturday night at Mumbai airport to perform concert at Lollapalooza.
Jackson Wang is a Chinese singer, rapper, and dancer who is best known as a member of K-pop boy band GOT7. He debuted with the group in 2014 and since then, he has become known to fans for his powerful vocals, rap, and dance moves.
Jackson Wang’s solo career has also been successful, with his first EP releasing in 2020. He has also released numerous solo singles, including “100 Ways” and “Faded”.
He is also known for his collaborations with other K-pop artists, such as Taeyeon, Heize, and J.Fla. Jackson Wang has also appeared in multiple variety shows and hosted his own show, “Go Fridge”, in 2017.
He has also participated in international activities such as the Mnet Asian Music Awards, the 2017 Summer Universiade, and the 2018 Winter Olympics.

When he arrived on Mumbai airport, fans rushed towards him to click selfies. He greeted fans with namaste as he arrived outside the airport. His videos from Mumbai airport are trending on social media.
It seemed that Jackson was having hard time as he was surrounded by so many people, there were police to guard him. After noticing his discomfort, some people reacted on Instagram, One user wrote, “At least leave some personal space for him , looks like management fails big time.”
Another comment, “The power he holds. The crowd was so big even tho it was midnight but am not really satisfied with security, please make sure it’s well managed next time and some of the fans did disappoint me please make sure his safety is our top most priority, okay!!”
His trip was made even more special when he was joined by Bollywood actress Disha Patani for a buggy ride around the city. Fans flocked to the festival to see Jackson and other international artists perform, and someone even spotted the K-pop hero posing with the Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan and his parents, Rakesh and Pinky Roshan.
Other celebrities who attended the music event included Kajol, Rajkummar Rao, Patralekha, and Huma Qureshi. Jackson was joined on stage by performers such as AP Dhillon, Imagine Dragons, Prateek Kuhad, Divine, Japanese Breakfast, Madeon, and Alec Benjamin.
Hrithik Roshan wrote, “What a delightful experience meeting you Jackson. Such a kind-hearted rock star. Loved hearing about your journey, I hope you continue to grow both as the star and human. Thanks for the music and for the love you gave my family and home staff.”
“My love to your entire team Daryl, Isaac, Tiffany n the entire crew, and kamal. What an inspiring bunch you are! India let’s give Jackson some more of that love so he returns back to us in concert!”
