Murtaza, convicted of the attack on Gorakhnath temple, was sentenced to death.

The NIA court has announced the punishment against Murtaza Abbas, who attacked Gorakhnath temple in Gorakhpur. NIA court has sentenced Murtaza to death.   Ahmed Murtaza Abbas was booked under UAPA. And it was considered terrorist.Terrorist Murtaza Abbas was brought to the court of NlA/ATS Court in Lucknow under tight security for the hearing on Monday.Ahmed Murtaza Abbas attacked the PAC soldiers posted in the security of the Gorakhpur temple with the biggest sharp weapon.And tried to snatch their weapons.

This decision was given by Special Judge Vivekanad Sharad Tripathi of the new court on Monday.This incident on which Murtaza Abbas has been sentenced today is based on Murtaza done last year on April 4, 2022 in Gorakhnath temple. it is such an accused that who attacked the  PAC soldiers from the banke. When other  soldiers came in this attack, the accused also took care of constable Gopal Gaur and started raising religious slogans while waving Banka.That’s why he was caught in a hurry. Bhanka, laptop and material written in Urdu were recovered from him.The investigation of the case was given to the ATS, the investigator and Deputy SP Sanjay Verma filed a report.In the court, at the expense of the government, the lawyer was given to the deceased, and the doctor and all someone’s , other than Gopal Gaud, 27 doctors, All these were presented for witness.
