On the late hours of Thursday i.e 2nd February famous film maker and actor Kasinadhuni passed away in a private hospital in Hyderabad. Many fans and film fraternities from several industries showcased their condolences. It is said that he died of natural health causes and age related issues.
This director is fondly remembered for his amazing films such as saptapadi and sankarabharanam and though this movie he perfectly portrayed the social issues, music and dance that existed in that era. His artistic touch and deep knowledge of social issues paved the way for his meticulously crafted stories.
Before he began his carrer as a film maker he began his carrer as an audiographer. Some of his top film include Jeevan Jyothi (1975) Swathi Muthyam (1986) Sarada (1973) Sankarabharanam (1980).
He directed films in Telugu, Hindi and Tamil languages for 60 years predominantly. In 1965 he made an debut in a Telugu movie named as ‘Aatma Gowravam’ which fetched his first award- Bronze in the Nandi Award (Andhra pradesh state) for best feature film of the year. In this movie he featured Akkineni Nageswara Rao.
