According to the authorities, on Thursday night two groups got into a fight during a Ram Navami procession. The incident happened when some people protested the procession’s loud music and high-volume DJ at Malvani in the suburb of Malad (West) reported by officials.
According to the reports, stones per pelted on the devotees when they were carrying forward a procession (Shobha Yatra) of Shri Ram on the occasion of Ram Navami. Similar incidents took place in various parts of India including, West Bengal, Gujarat, Sambhajinagar in Maharashtra, and Hyderabad.
