The PM, who reached Mysore in Karnataka on Saturday evening from Chennai on an official visit to state l, visited the tiger sanctuary too.
Soon after his arrival to the farm, PM Modi was warm heartedly welcomed by the giant elephant name ‘Raghu’ the star of the documentary and PM modi fed sugarcane to get m and some of the elephants in the camp.
He later Interacted with the copule , Bellie and Bomman, the care takerof raghu . Both the couples shared a red carpet at the 95th -Academy award.
The documentary ‘The Elephant Whisperers’, in which Bomman and Bellie featured in. recently won the Best short Documentary at the oacars 95th Academy Awards.
The documentary , beat four other contenders at the Best Documentary Short Category, making it the first Indian documentary and also at the evening RRR won the oscar too.
