Nawazuddin Siddiqui and his wife Aaliya Siddiqui are in a lot of buzzes these days. His wife is consistently attacking him with various allegations. On Tuesday, Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s lawyer went on to give a shocking proclamation regarding the previous marriage of Aaliya Siddiqui.
It seems that these disputes are not going to end anytime soon. Nawazuddin Siddiqui and his mother Mehrunisa Siddiqui are in a legal dispute against his wife Aaliya Siddiqui. Seems like the cards are not in favour of his wife after his lawyer revealed a shocking statement. According to him, Aaliya hasn’t opted for divorce from her former husband Vinay Bhargav. Accordingly, She met Nawazuddin in 2011 and married him. With mutual consent, the couple got divorced in 2020. Soon after Nawazuddin’s career reached a peak resulting in her coming back to him. Again in 2020, she sent him a divorce notice which didn’t make any sense as they were divorced already!
Their dispute started when Aaliya alleged Nawazuddin and his mother for not providing her with any necessities and even access to the bathroom. She filed an FIR in Mumbai’s Andheri court through her lawyer Rizwan Siddiquee under section 509, an insult to modesty and section 498A subjecting to her cruelty. Her lawyer has also argued that Aaliya is Nawaz’s lawfully wedded and there is no case of trespassing for entering her own husband’s house. Therefore this resulted In a legal notice to Nawazuddin Siddiqui regarding the same. After this, he decided to leave his dream house and stay in the hotel until this issue gets resolved.
Meanwhile, on January 23, Nawaz’s mother claimed that Aaliya is not even the actor’s wife after the divorce took place. She added that after being divorced, she trespasses on his house as her property and invades the privacy. After this, Aaliya allegedly filed a complaint against Nawaz and his family as a counter to his mother Mehrunisa’s complaint. According to reports, Aaliya’s lawyer has opposed Mehrunisa’s claims of Aaliya not being Nawaz’s wife and also presented documents proving the same. In a statement, Rizwan Siddiquee said, “Mr Nawazuddin Siddiqui and his family members did everything possible to remove my client Mrs Aaliya Siddiqui from the house. They filed an untenable criminal complaint of trespass against her. Thereafter, through the police, they threatened to arrest her and were calling her each day to the police station, after sunset.”
Nawazuddin and Aaliya got married in 2010 and both have two children. She is Nawazuddin’s second wife. The film producer filed for divorce from the actor in May 2020 and even made serious allegations against him. In July 2020, Aaliya lodged a complaint at a police station in Mumbai. She then came to Budhana, Muzaffarnagar, from Mumbai to record her statement against the actor and his four family members in September of the same year, accusing them of domestic violence. Months later, Nawazuddin’s wife decided to give their marriage another chance.
